Parking: We will have direct drive-up access to your tent or dealer storage unit for set-up and tear down. Vendor parking will be just outside the paved show area.
Maps: Parking and booth map will be available closer to the show.
This is an outdoor show with tent, truck and dealer storage units available. You will need to bring your own tables, chairs, and tent. For overnight storage and possible weather, you should have walls on your tent and lower your tent at night with closed walls. Bring concrete blocks or 5 gallon buckets filled with concrete or water in case of wind. You will NOT be able to put spikes into the ground. Working with your neighbor to secure tents together may be a benefit to everyone. We will have window weights and some concrete buckets available if you need them.
Outdoor vendors will not have access to electricity.
Load in starts at 6 am on Friday, June 12th. All vehicles and vendors must check in with us at the entrance of 650 South Union Street. From there you will get your booth number, location and paperwork. We will take you to your space. If you have a permanent storage unit you can just go directly to your space to set up.
You must unload and remove your vehicle from the area as soon as possible to allow other vendors to arrive and drop off their stuff. Once you are done dropping off your stuff you can park your vehicle just outside the fenced and paved show area.
Loading out will be an organized and orderly process. Load out starts at 4 pm, and not before, on Saturday, June 13th. You can start packing up at 4 pm. Once you have EVERYTHING packed up, tent down to get your vehicle and pick up your items the same way as during load-in. Please load up your items and drive out of the area so the next vendor can pick up their items. Please be mindful of pedestrian traffic.
You are required to collect and pay your own sales tax. You can get your Colorado sales tax license from https://tax.colorado.gov/how-to-apply-for-a-colorado-sales-tax-license. The property owner, The Industrial Storage, will have an overnight watchman on the property and security cameras in place. However, you are responsible for your items. It is recommended that you put walls on your tent and lower it at night to make it more difficult for your items to go missing. Remove cash, and smaller, higher priced items from your booth for extra security. Renting a dealer storage unit is a good way to make sure your items are secure.
